Screen Printing Services
Our team can screen print your logo or graphic design on a variety of promotional or apparel products. We are industry leaders in providing quality screen printed items and use only state of the art graphics with our in-house, full service art department and production facility.
Screen Printing
An image is transferred to the printed surface by ink, which is pressed through a stenciled screen and treated with a light-sensitive emulsion. Film positives are put in contact with the screens and exposed to light, hardening the emulsion not covered by film and leaving a soft area on the screen for the squeegee to press ink through. (Also called silk screening).
Artwork Submission
In order to correctly follow your custom imprint instructions and help prevent errors and omissions, we require that only final artwork and all pertinent information relating to your ‘artwork’ be sent TOGETHER as ‘one’ upload or in ‘one’ email.
File Types/Formats: Black & White camera ready Vector art is required for most products. Files saved in any of the following applications are acceptable: (pc compatible format) : Adobe Illustrator CS3 and below & Photoshop CS3 and below. Please submit Vector art (eps, ai, ps). The Vector format must have text/fonts converted to outlines or curves. We may be able to use black and white high-quality .jpg 300 dpi, or .tif 300 dpi depending on the application but these are not preferred.
For full-color images for sublimation: Submit full-color art – minimum 300 dpi at actual size or larger for applicable products.
Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for the reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Atlanta Brand Central, LLC will not be held liable under any circumstances.
PMS Color Matching
Exact PMS color matches are not available. We try to match your color selections as closely as possible using PMS numbers as a reference only, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. We offer a wide selection of Standard PMS colors at no charge which can be viewed below. PMS Charge for approx. match for other PMS colors: $25(g)/color.
For multi-color imprints produced with our CMYK 4 color decal process, a PMS match cannot be guaranteed as we do not use the Pantone process colors. We will do our best to approximate the PMS color requested but will not be responsible for variations in the PMS color matches for decal printing. Decal printing is used for most of our multicolor imprints on drinkware and some additional products. PMS Charge for approx. match: $25(g)/color.
